These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Kyunpus (the "Service"), a matching service for university students in Japan, and the official websites and social media content operated by Kyunpus (the "Operator").

1. About the Service

Kyunpus is an online matching service exclusively for university students in Japan. The Service is currently in a pre-release phase. Full terms for the Service application will be presented within the application at registration.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or its related websites, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting operation, or infringing the rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

All content published by the Operator, including videos, images, text, and logos on this website and on official social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok), is the property of the Operator and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. Disclaimer

The Operator strives to keep information accurate but does not guarantee completeness, and shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of this website except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

5. Changes

The Operator may update these Terms as needed. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
